Children's author · Founder, Peek A Book Lit Fest for Kids
Lubaina trained as a journalist but followed her heart into children's publishing as an author, children's books specialist and founder of the Peek A Book Literature Festival for Kids. She has edited children's publications for most major media houses, including DNA, Times of India, Time Life, Scholastic India and HarperCollins India.
Her picture book Who's Afraid of Z? Not Me! won Best Children's Book of the Year at the Publishing Next Awards and was on the Parag Honour List. Her middle-grade books Coral Woman and The Chowpatty Cooking Club have been shortlisted for the Valley of Words Awards.
