At ACE Juniors, our pods are intentionally designed to be intimate — we believe the coziness transitions from home to school comfortably, and every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported as an individual. Smaller learning communities allow our educators to build meaningful relationships with each child, provide personalised attention, and set developmentally appropriate goals based on their unique strengths and needs.

Our child-to-adult ratio is 1:10, creating a healthy balance between peer interaction and individual support. This ensures that children benefit from collaborative learning experiences while also receiving the guidance, encouragement, and care they need to thrive.

By maintaining these ratios, we create an environment where every child feels known, confident, and empowered to learn at their own pace.

We believe that an early start can be incredibly beneficial for a child's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Children are welcome to begin their journey as early as 12 months onwards, accompanied by a caregiver. As children grow and gain confidence, they naturally progress through our pods:

• Bubble Pod – 12 months onwards (with a caregiver)
• Pebble Pod – 16 months onwards
• Splash Pod – 25 months onwards
• Coral Pod – 36 months onwards

Each pod is thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are developmentally, ensuring they receive the right balance of care, support, and learning opportunities at every stage.

We understand that every child develops at their own pace, and age is only one factor in determining readiness. We encourage families to connect with our Director of School for a personalised discussion about the most suitable starting point for their child.

Every day is thoughtfully planned to strike a healthy balance between active and quiet learning moments, ensuring that children remain engaged, curious, and supported throughout their time at school.

The day typically begins with free play, circle time routines, music, movement, rhymes, and conversations that help children settle comfortably into their school environment. This is followed by concept-based learning and inquiry cycles, where teachers facilitate exploration, discovery, and meaningful interactions based on children's interests and developmental needs.

Throughout the day, children participate in a variety of experiences including fine motor and gross motor activities, storytelling, music and movement sessions, sports, outdoor play, creative expression, and collaborative learning opportunities.

Children in the Bubble Pod attend for a shorter duration, three times a week, allowing for a gentle introduction to the school experience. Children in all remaining pods attend for approximately three hours each day, Monday to Friday, through a well-balanced and age-appropriate schedule.

We encourage families to attend one of our orientation sessions, take a school tour, and meet our Director of School to gain a deeper understanding of the programme.

We believe in providing a truly holistic early years experience where children have opportunities to explore, create, move, and express themselves in a variety of ways. Our co-curricular programme is thoughtfully integrated into the curriculum and led by experienced specialist educators who work closely with our homeroom teachers.

Children participate in music and movement, dance and drama, art and craft, sports, and fitness — all designed to nurture confidence, creativity, physical development, and self-expression. Our specialist partners include:

• The Golar Institute of Football (GIFA) – led by Mr. Haresh Golar, introducing children to age-appropriate sports and fitness experiences
• Dance & Drama – facilitated by Mr. Rohit and Mr. Sarang, encouraging movement, communication, and imagination
• Music Program – led by Hriday Gattani and team, delivering innovative, original musical content designed specifically for young learners
• Art & Craft – led by Ms. Genevieve, inspiring creativity, exploration, and fine motor development
• Baking & Science – led by Ms. Riddhi, blending science and sensory experiences
• Book Club – curated by Ms. Lubaina, nurturing a love of reading for children and parents alike
• Financial Literacy – guided by Ms. Rajashree, introducing children to concepts around money through hands-on activities

Beyond specialist programmes, children also engage in theme-related field trips, home economics, gardening, and carpentry — all facilitated by experts — encouraging curiosity, independence, and problem-solving.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in the education space and grounded in research-based practices, our programme helps children build strong foundations in language development, communication, early literacy, numeracy, global perspectives and logical thinking. Through meaningful interactions with expert facilitators, specialist educators, guest speakers, and carefully planned field trips, children are also exposed to a wide range of experiences and opportunities to engage with adults beyond their classroom teachers. This broadens their perspectives, strengthens their communication skills, and helps them become comfortable and confident in diverse settings.

At ACE Juniors, we are currently exploring an After-School Club programme to extend the school experience beyond regular hours.
