ACE Juniors was born from a simple but powerful belief: that early learning should feel meaningful, joyful, and deeply connected to a child's world. Built on the trusted 25-year legacy of ACE, founded by Fatema Agarkar, it is the culmination of decades of conversations, observations and learning in education.
Sports, performing arts, home economics, woodcraft, textiles, movement and music all play an equal role here, because creativity is not an extra, it is essential. Our mission is simple: nurture curiosity, inspire wonder, and help every child fall in love with learning.

We are inspired by dolphins, their playfulness, intelligence, compassion, and the free spirit that lets them be themselves, confidently. The childhood memories we hope every child will cherish are about fun, happiness and empathy.

Fatema Agarkar
Veteran of three educational start-ups and now Founder of the Agarkar Centre of Excellence, Fatema's passion for teaching-learning and children defines the different roles she has crafted in 20 years, as an edupreneur, educator and mentor.
A State and University topper at Mumbai's prestigious Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Fatema holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Birmingham (UK), apart from her B.Ed and ECCE degrees. Having kick-started her career with premier organizations like Commerzbank, Times of India and Egon Zehnder International, she always had an inner urge to bring about an enhancement in the sphere of education.
As an educationist and life-long learner, she intertwines modern methods of learning and teaching, customizing education to each student's intellectual requisites. A risk-taker focused on innovative educational modules, she was adjudged among Education World's Top 50 Educators in 2020.
