The mentoring program
Partners in learning, not just supervisors.
We guide caregivers on safety, warmth, patience and genuine care: understanding a child's emotional and developmental needs, and building healthy routines around health, hygiene and positive communication.
They're also introduced to simple, meaningful engagement, including rhymes, storytelling, movement, interactive play and creative ways to spark curiosity.
